What sets us apart: 

• Our three-room schoolhouse is located in a beautiful rural setting with ample space for indoor and outdoor activity, and unique opportunities for nature exploration and learning. Weather permitting, children spend most of the day outdoors every day.

• We are a cooperative preschool. Parents gain a better understanding of the preschool child through participating ("co-oping") in the classroom about once a month. Other cooperative efforts include committee opportunities, fundraising events, clean-up parties, and parent meetings. 

• We offer a multiage program for ages 3, 4 and 5. Children need to be 2 years 9 months by August 31 (3 years by December 31) of the year for which they are applying. 

• The school is a nut-free environment, and we are particularly sensitive to food and environmental allergies as well as other health concerns.
