Teachers at the Family Cooperative Preschool are frequently referred to by the parents as the program's greatest strengths. They have been described as gifted, experienced, warm, wise, innovative, and "totally awesome". Both Mrs. Stephenson and Mrs. Roberts have a long history at Family Cooperative Preschool, teaching here since 1981 and 1985 respectively. Mrs. Laorenza and Mrs. Rogers bring new ideas and perspectives to an outstanding program.

All teachers are CPR and First Aid Certified. The teachers acquire at least 12 hours of Professional Development Hours every year by attending workshops and courses.
